The hosted buyer programme is for owners and decision makers at companies that buy farm machinery, inputs or agricultural technology. Buyers cannot be exhibitors or sponsors at AGROEXPO.

To confirm your place, your air tickets, company tax certificate and business or chamber of commerce registration must reach the organisers by 18 December 2026, and you must attend your B2B meetings on 2 days of the fair. The organisers make the final decision on every hosted buyer place.
